The initial infusions possess a refreshing sensation, with a rising and sweet fragrance, leaving a quick returning sweetness on the palate. In the middle phase, the mouthfeel is outstanding, with a smooth yet powerful soup texture, and the aroma lingers in the throat. Starting from the 9th infusion, there is a decline in flavor, prompting a change in brewing style; the soup becomes thicker and exhibits a mild astringency. By the 13th infusion, the session concludes.
