This tea cake is crafted by blending tea leaves of a comprehensive grade level 8. The cake itself has a round and thick appearance, with plump tea leaves. It boasts a mellow and rich flavor, coupled with a pure aroma that carries hints of fruity honey sweetness.

Due to the relatively mature nature of the tea materials used in this product, the content of pectin is comparatively lower, resulting in weaker stickiness. As a consequence, there are larger gaps between the tea leaves in the cake, allowing for ample air exposure. This accelerates the aging process in comparison to other products, even under similar time and conditions.
